Pilates-High Intensity Interval Training (P-HIIT) is a fast-paced, 35-minute cardio and strength-building class that uses the Pilates Reformer, Jumpboard, weights, magic circle and Stability Chair. Heavy emphasis is placed on abs, glutes, arms and legs, with the added component of balance and standing work.
