Intro to Pilates/ Fundamentals REFORMER

Pilates Fundamentals is a great place to begin if you are new to Pilates, and for those who desire a relaxing pace with thorough explanations of each movement. Those who have been attending classes for years will continue to benefit from the precision, care and attention offered in this class, while gaining strength, improving flexibility and postural awareness. All exercises can be modified or made more challenging to meet your individual goals.

Intermediate REFORMER

Ready to pick up the pace and push your comfort level? This class will begin to integrate more complex movements using balance and coordination in a variety of spatial planes and positions.

This class is a good “maintenance “ class, continuing to work on maintaining strength, flexibility and good posture. All exercises can be modified or made more challenging to meet your individual goals.

Restorative Flow

Experience a deeply soothing and rejuvenating Pilates session designed to restore balance and calm to your body and mind. This gentle yet effective class combines the fluid movements of the reformer with the supportive comfort of a stability ball and the grounding connection of the carriage. We will focus on slow, mindful exercises that release tension, improve mobility, and enhance your overall sense of well-being. Perfect for all levels, this restorative flow emphasizes breathwork, alignment, and ease of movement to help you unwind and reset. Whether you're recovering from stress, injury, or just in need of a peaceful break, this class will leave you feeling refreshed, revitalized, and centered.

Youth Pilates

Don’t we all wish we had learned about our core early on in life? This 50-minute Youth Pilates Class teaches postural alignment and helps youth develop a better awareness of their body. We focus on balance, flexibility and whole body strengthening while learning correct anatomical positioning.

This class is designed for youth ages 9-17. (Under 9 years old with prior approval,) No prior experience with Pilates is required.

Parents/Guardians, please plan to attend the first session. Participation is encouraged if space allows for it. Classes hold a maximum of six participants.

Pilates CORE

Ignite your core strength in this dynamic 45-minute Pilates class designed to challenge and tone your entire midsection. Using the reformer and Wunda Chair, we’ll focus on targeted exercises that build deep abdominal strength, enhance stability, and improve posture. Expect a flow of engaging movements that work your core from every angle, while also incorporating controlled breath and mindful alignment. Perfect for those looking to intensify their core workout, this class will leave you feeling powerful, centered, and strong from the inside out. Suitable for intermediate to advanced levels.

Pilates FUSION

Pilates FUSION intercepts all of the most enjoyable elements of pilates; the deep stretching achieved through tower, the strengthening achieved on a chair, and a focus on posture, alignment and core through reformer and mat-work. All exercises can be modified or made more challenging to meet your individual goals. Come play!

Fast FUSION

Designed to maintain a brisk pace, Fast FUSION is the ultimate place to “play” on the pilates apparatus, while achieving a fun, phenomenal workout!

Fundamental/ Intermediate REFORMER

WUNDAful Chair!

You are bound to achieve a full body workout while using Joseph Pilates’ traditional Wunda Chair apparatus! Unlock new muscles, strengthen underdeveloped areas by recognizing when more dominant muscle groups take over, and improve posture and balance in this fun-filled Wunda Chair class!

Tower/Mat Strength & Stretch

The tower (or half Cadillac) offers a different type of resistance than what the reformer provides, and allows for deeper stretching and supported standing exercises.

The ample mat space on each elevated tower allows for increased range of movement, gaining strength, improving flexibility and postural awareness.

All exercises can be modified or made more challenging to meet your individual goals.

P-HIIT

Strapped for time? Want to sweat? Our fast-paced, 45-minute Pilates High Intensity Interval Training (P-HIIT) workout uses the Pilates Reformer, Jump board, Tower, weights and/or Stability Chair to strengthen and build stamina. Heavy emphasis will be placed on cardio, abs, glutes and legs. When all participants are ready, this class will incorporate balance and standing-work.
