Our Classes

REFORMER - Fundamentals

Pilates Fundamentals is a great place to begin if you are new to Pilates, and for those who desire a relaxing pace with thorough explanations of each movement. Those who have been attending classes for years will continue to benefit from the precision, care and attention offered in this class, while gaining strength, improving flexibility and improving postural awareness. All exercises can be modified or made more challenging to meet your individual goals.

REFORMER - Intermediate

Ready to pick up the pace and push your comfort level? This class will begin to integrate more complex movements using balance and coordination in a variety of spatial planes and positions.

REFORMER - Intermediate/Advanced

This class is intended for individuals who are comfortable with the fundamental concepts of Pilates, have good body awareness, want to be pushed and desire a fast paced class using a variety of Pilates apparatus/ equipment. This class will also challenge balance and further hone core strength while working in a variety of standing positions.

Pilates4Kiddos

$15 Beginner classes offered to children roughly ages 8-18 and their parent/guardian. No prior experience with Pilates required! A wonderful way to expose your child to Pilates at an early age, and fun physical activity for kids to do over Winter/ Spring/ Summer Break! Parents are asked to sign up ($15) and participate in the first class their child attends, and then are welcome to participate in additional classes (at same rate as child) if spots are available.

Two classes available: Wunda Teens, ~ages 14-18 & Cadillac Kiddos, ~ ages 8-13.

This 50-minute class can be booked by ordering a single or package of “Pilates4Kiddos classes”. The Sunday 10:30 am class will continue all year long.

Pilates FUSION

FUSION combines elements of the Pilates Reformer & Jumpboard, Wunda Chair, Tower (blending mat-work) and Spine Corrector. Classes will be tailored to the preferences, abilities and goals of participants who sign up. All levels are welcome but please note, this class is designed to “push” to meet individual goals, and will flow at a continuous pace, provided that is what is desired by participants. Students should take at least one Reformer Pilates class before signing up for FUSION.

This is a perfect class for those new to Pilates but not new to fitness. Those who have been attending Pilates classes for years will continue to benefit from the precision, care and attention offered in this class, while gaining strength, improving flexibility and improving postural awareness. This class will begin to integrate balance and coordination in a variety of spatial planes and positions. All exercises can be modified or made more challenging to meet your individual goals.

Stretch & Center

Our yurt studio couldn’t be a more fitting place to allow your active mind to briefly pause, breathe and intentionally center yourself while allowing your entire body time to deeply stretch and relax all the areas holding tension. This 35-minute class can be booked by ordering a single or package of “half-classes”.

P-HIIT

Pilates-High Intensity Interval Training (P-HIIT) is a fast-paced, 35-minute cardio and strength-building class that uses the Pilates Reformer, Jumpboard, weights, magic circle and Stability Chair. Heavy emphasis is placed on abs, glutes, arms and legs with the added component of balance and standing-work. This 35-minute class can be booked by ordering a single or package of “half-classes”.
