FREE Balance & Mobility Class
Balance & Mobility (HEAL-Health & Safety 7021) is a FREE, Non-Credit class designed to focus on balance, posture, core strength, flexibility and consistently provide full body strength and toning in a challenging yet safe environment. This class is not intended to replace physical therapy.
This Allan Hancock College class will be held on their South Campus, in CBC Room 33
(PCPA Building) Santa Maria, CA.

Let us toast to the holidays with good friends, new friends, and good cheer! Please join us on December 09, 2023 for our annual holiday celebration! This year, we will celebrate the warmth of the season at Tabula Rasa Pilates with festive eats and sweet treats. This is a wonderful opportunity to share your unique Yurt Pilates studio with your friends and family, or experience it for the first time!
