Balance & Mobility (HEAL-Health & Safety 7021) is a FREE, Non-Credit class designed to focus on balance, posture, core strength, flexibility and consistently provide full body strength and toning in a challenging yet safe environment.  This class is not intended to replace physical therapy. 

This Allan Hancock College class will be held at the Elwin Mussel Center, 510 E. Park Ave. Santa Maria, CA.
