"I have taken classes at many studios. I've often felt like I was just a number and not an individual. Tabula Rasa Pilates feels like family. Always welcoming and such a relaxing environment. There are a variety of classes and times, which I like. The instructors offer personal attention to every individual to make sure they are comfortable and getting what they need out of the class. “Whoever said, “It is hard to lose weight after 50.” They have not done Pilates. I started Pilates here six months ago, after a year of trying to lose 10 pounds with no success. Four months later, I lost 10 pounds, 1 inch around the waist, down a size. After 6 months, I lost 14 pounds and down a few sizes! I never thought I could get rid of my tummy but it looks like its disappearing! I also built my core strength. Vanessa, the owner, makes these classes so much fun!
